The Agemar Building in Kallithea is a striking example of modern architectural design, prominently located in the heart of the district. This well-known project by the RS Sparch architectural office serves as the headquarters for a Greek maritime group, comprising two interconnected buildings with four underground levels.

Inspired by a "Sea Voyage" and metaphorically representing a boat at sea, the design embodies qualities of openness to the horizon, fluidity, and continuity. The floating white upper part contrasts with the gray base of prefabricated claustra and gray sanded marble, creating a light-and-shadow composition that stands out against the dense and varied landscape of Athens. Inside, the building houses a mix of commercial offices and retail spaces, catering to both business and leisure needs.
